Ready to brew

I have the harvested yeast from the last batch. Tomorrow I'll make the starter with it.  American Ale II.

I have the grain, American Two Row Pale, Crystal 60 and Crystal 15.

I have the hops. Centennial and Mosaic.

I have the water.

I will have the time Monday morning, Memorial Day Brew Day.  So thankful of the freedom we have and those who died to protect it.

This will be the July 4th Beach Day brew for this year.  Now it just needs a name...and a label design.
