I clearly don't dry hop enough. The two times I have, I've used a hop bag, which is a pain to remove from the carboy at the end of it all. Upon viewing several videos on the subject, I've noticed not many of them actually use a bag...just dump the hops in.
It seems easy enough. So, what was I scared of again? No better way to get that hoppy aroma that some good ole dry hops.
