A smashingly simple beer

“Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.” -- Leonardo da Vinci

Who says your beer recipe has to be complex?  Is it possible to create a great beer with a very simple recipe?  I think so.

The latest Dunerbrew consists of four ingredients only. But isn't all beer make of four ingredients?  Well, that is true for most beers.  This beer's four ingredients are water, a single malt, and single hops, and yeast.  Four ingredients.

A SMaSH beer, single malt and single hops.  Maris Otter malt and Centennial Hops.

While the beer is still in the carboy, I found some inspiration for a label.  The taste was nice while checking the gravity the other day too.  I'm looking forward to this one.
