We're Just Cool Like That

Bread Yeast
I received a text from my wife today, "I can make yeast too" along with this photo.  Her yeast seemed much more active than my starters.  The next text talked about what her recipe said, "in five minutes the solution will begin to foam as the yeast begins it's gassy dance party."  Sounds very fun!

She was making bread, and subsequently we ate the bread with dinner, and I drank a homebrew.  Experiments with food and drink...a wonderful hobby.  Yeah, we're just cool like that.
